Research Team:
All the research work is done under the supervision of our Managing Director, Mr. Ashish Kunal. He has an experience of over 15 years in education sector. Our research team has worked up on gathering inputs from the schools and giving shape to the concept of Myskool ERP since 2008. It is due to their innovative ideas, we are happily satisfying our customers. Research is an ongoing process and we are continuously working in this area to keep our ERP up to date in terms of usage, technology & acceptability.
Development Team:
Our development team is well capable of executing the development process set by our research team. It is due to their dedication towards the aim of our company, we are able to fulfill the needs of our customers on time.
Support Team:
As we are rapidly growing as a school service provider in West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand and North Eastern States, we are set to deliver quality support and service to all our customers.
Our quality support team provides live support to our customers on phone calls and remote desktoping system. We have a separate channel for handelling complains and requirements. We keep track of every complain or requirement so that we can fulfill the need on time. Even the customers can also register complains or requirements on our call log portal.
